Verzamelloonstaat — what it contains and how to file it
The verzamelloonstaat is the annual overview of wages and withheld levies per employee. Below is what belongs in it — exactly as Wage Payroll assembles the file — and how you file it.
What does it contain?
The verzamelloonstaat is a file with one row per employee. These columns are filled:
- Identification — first name, middle name, last name, birth name, ID number, passport number, date of birth and gender.
- Employment — job title, start and end date of the employment.
- Wage — total annual wage excluding pension, total pension paid, and the combined total of wage and pension.
- Levies — the withheld wage tax and the withheld AOV contribution.
How does it differ from the annual statement?
The verzamelloonstaat is the employer-level overview: all employees together, with the amounts withheld.
The annual statement (jaaropgave) is the per-employee overview, with amounts broken down by wage component — including separate lines for special components such as vacation allowance under article 14.
Wage Payroll generates both from the same run, so the totals agree by construction.
Together with the other declarations
The verzamelloonstaat comes from the same run as the wage tax and AOV, FVO and APF declarations, the P45 and the annual statements. The platform also generates bank exports for DSB, Finabank, Hakrinbank and Republic Bank.
Because everything comes from one calculation there is nothing to re-key, and no differences arise between the declaration and the payslips.
